Before making your AMP Membership Plan purchase everyone needs to first agree to the following agreement between you and/or your partner and OneLegUpNYC.com. For procedural purposes, this is a mandatory policy.
By clicking the Agree button directly below I/we agree, have read, understand and acknowledge OneLegUpNYC's AMP Memberships policies that include and are subject to the following:
- I/we agree and understand that we are entitled to cancel the membership at any time. Non approved members can email us any time to cancel at contact@onelegupnyc.com.
- I/we agree and understand that if I/we are not approved we are entitled to a full refund on the AMP membership dues.
- I/we agree and understand that charges are applied from the moment I/we join even if I/we do not complete the screening guidelines.
- I/we agree and understand that all quarterly AMP memberships automatically renew either every 30 days or 120 days, depending on how you joined unless I/we cancel the membership BEFORE it automatically renews.
- I/we agree and understand that if we DO NOT cancel the membership on time NO refunds will be issued.
- I/we agree and understand that I/we will be charged the current membership rate when the membership renews.
- I/we agree and understand that if we maintain the AMP Membership for a 12-month period and attend TWO Eat-In Soirees in that period, I/we will receive ONE FREE Eat-In ticket. A savings of $350!
